Droëwors

Droëwors, is a type of dried sausage. It is made by stuffing spiced minced meat (often beef or game) into casings, which are then air-dried. Unlike biltong, which is cut into strips, droëwors retains its sausage form. The drying process for droëwors is typically shorter than for biltong, resulting in a chewier texture.
