PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT PROCESS ANY ORDER AFTER 1PM SATURDAY. ALL LOCAL, STANDARD AND EXPRESS DELIVERIES ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 12pm might be processed the next business day. Local deliveries will be processed within the hour. Please note Local delivery orders placed after 1pm on Saturday and all orders placed on Sunday will be processed the following Monday morning.
Shipping Methods & Costs:
We offer Standard, Express, and Overnight shipping via Australia Post. Shipping costs are set at checkout.
Delivery Estimates:

Local: One hour processing time + up to 1/2 hour for delivery
- Standard: 3-6 business days
- Express: 2-4 business days
Shipping Restrictions:
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or outside of Australia.
Local deliveries are operated by Uber ride within a 20kms radius from 57 Gordon Road, Greenfields 6210
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
Damages and Lost Packages:
